IMG_0289 * This is Speaker Gain Teardrop. I've pretty recently become good friends with the bassist, Oga (left). He works at a ramen joint that I go to all the time, and he approached me when I was there one night, which is how we became friends. It's hard to describe the music this band plays...intricate, heavy, instrumental post-rock. Very intensely atmospheric stuff, I like it a lot. * 3264 x 2448 * (2.93MB)

IMG_0359 * This is Satsuki, a ridiculously adorable girl I met through Oga. She plays the piano and sings in a variety of local bands. She and Oga have a duo where they play vaguely bossa nova cover stuff, just because they both like the beat.
